Returns & Exchanges

At Karhu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original shoebox or packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
